Sync Mushroom is designed to reduce user-side operating friction and keep the handoff to local MT5 efficient. It does not control or accelerate the broker's own acceptance, processing, fill, rejection, or slippage behavior.

Sync Mushroom is designed for MT5 environments rather than a fixed public list of guaranteed brokers.

Execution operations through Sync Mushroom are blocked or unavailable.

Start MT5, log in to the intended account, confirm that it is connected to the broker server, and wait for Sync Mushroom to resynchronize.

If an urgent trading action is required, operate directly in MT5.

Sync Mushroom cannot safely execute against an unresolved MT5 symbol.

Make sure the corresponding tradable symbol is available in MT5 Market Watch and wait for the Sync Mushroom panel to synchronize the intended MT5 symbol before sending an order.

Broker suffixes, prefixes, and symbol naming can differ from TradingView.

The supported architecture requires the browser running TradingView, the Sync Mushroom Local Bridge, and MT5 to operate on the same Windows PC.

Sync Mushroom is designed to use one broker account through one MT5 terminal at a time.

If multiple MT5 terminals are detected, execution operations such as new orders, modifications, cancellations, Close, and ALL CLOSE are blocked for safety.

An order can be rejected or handled differently because of broker or MT5 conditions such as lot rules, price, Stops Level, trading hours, margin, account permissions, Filling Mode, or other server-side rules.

Always verify the final result in MT5.

SEC is bundled with Sync Mushroom and is available with the Sync Mushroom Trial and paid license terms.

There is no standalone SEC license.

SEC is a separate application and does not perform Sync Mushroom trade-license validation for its own log-review operation.

Its practical purpose depends on JSONL evidence produced by Sync Mushroom.

Depending on what is present in the loaded logs, SEC can show information such as:

• Command flow
• MT5 request and response records
• Result codes and reasons
• Position-close and ALL CLOSE evidence
• Synchronization events
• Raw event chains
• Measured timing by processing stage
• Recorded environment context

The available information depends on the contents of the selected logs.

It refers to the recorded interval around the MT5 request and response in the logged workflow.

It is not independent telemetry from inside a broker's private infrastructure.

Use the recorded request, response, result code, reason, timing, and surrounding context together when reviewing an event.

No.

SEC does not place BUY or SELL orders, create or modify pending orders, change TP or SL, close positions, or modify MT5 account or terminal state.

SEC can show where time, responses, and results appear in the recorded workflow. It does not automatically determine root cause or assign responsibility to the broker, Sync Mushroom, the user environment, or another component.

SEC reviews recorded logs. It does not replace MT5 as the final source for current positions, current orders, trade history, account state, or final execution results.

In the automatically managed log location, the current policy rotates logs in four-hour periods and automatically retains them for three days.

This automatic retention applies to the managed logging location. A JSONL file that you intentionally copy or move elsewhere does not become unusable merely because the automatic retention period has passed.

Normal JSONL logs are stored and reviewed locally.

SEC does not automatically upload the original logs or a generated Submission Log.

A Submission Log is a privacy-protected support copy generated by the user from loaded SEC data.

Selected account, financial, local-path, ticket-related, and other designated fields are masked or protected while useful diagnostic context may remain.

The generated file is stored locally and is not sent automatically. Review it before sharing it with support.

The Trial is intended to be started without providing payment-card details.

Only the information required to issue and manage the Trial license and enforce Trial eligibility is collected.

There is no automatic Trial-to-paid conversion and no automatic charge at the end of the 14-Day Free Trial.

If you want to continue using Sync Mushroom, you choose and purchase a paid fixed-term license yourself.

Your Sync Mushroom license is created when the Trial is issued.

A 14-day Trial entitlement is attached to that license.

If you later continue with a paid term through an existing-license purchase flow, the same license can be retained.

The remaining Trial period is not discarded.

The paid term is scheduled after the Trial end date on the same license when you use a continuation purchase flow.

The 14-Day Free Trial is intended to be available once per customer.

OICHI EQUIPMENT may use account, email, license, and device-related identifiers to enforce Trial eligibility and may refuse repeated or abusive Trial registrations.

The paid products are fixed-term one-time licenses.

You make one payment for the selected access period.

There is no automatic renewal or recurring billing.

If you want to continue after the license term, you choose to purchase another term yourself.

Sync Mushroom execution functions become unavailable when the license no longer provides a valid execution entitlement.

Your MT5 account and any positions or orders in MT5 do not disappear because the Sync Mushroom license expires.

If an urgent operation is required, use MT5 directly.

The newly purchased term is added after the current valid end date.

For example, purchasing a 1-Year License while an existing term is still active extends the same license by one year after its existing expiration.

The new paid term begins from the new purchase time rather than from the old expired end date.

There is no automatic charge for the expired period.

Yes.

The website purchase flow can allow you to identify and verify an existing Trial license and continue that license instead of creating a new license.

After successful payment, the paid term is added to the verified existing license.

Yes.

If you intentionally choose a new-license purchase instead of continuing an existing license, a new license is issued and is not automatically merged with an existing Trial license.

Yes, through the specific existing-license purchase flow that permits an email change.

Ownership of the existing Trial license and the new email address must be verified. The email change is committed only after the paid purchase succeeds.

If the purchase is not completed successfully, the original Trial-license email remains unchanged.

A Trial-only email change is not supported.

Changing the email associated with an existing Trial license is permitted only as part of the verified paid-purchase continuation flow.

Existing-license continuation must be explicit and verified.

OICHI EQUIPMENT does not treat a similar name or email address as sufficient reason to merge separate licenses automatically.

The current device_id is a locally generated random UUID.

It is not derived from CPU serial numbers, MachineGuid, MAC address, hardware serial numbers, or a hardware fingerprint.

The identifier is stored locally and is used as part of license/device management.

Use the official license-recovery process with the email associated with the license.

Where the recovery request is verified, recovery information is sent through the designated recovery flow.

Recovery is intended to restore access to the existing license rather than create a replacement license unnecessarily.

Sync Mushroom execution functions, including Close operations, can be unavailable when the license cannot be used or the Local Bridge/MT5 connection is unavailable.

Your positions remain in MT5.

If an urgent action is required, manage the position directly in MT5.

The licensing service uses information required to manage the license session, such as the license key, the locally generated device identifier, and session/authentication-related information.

License verification is separate from the local trading-data path.

Depending on the issue, support may ask for information such as:

• Product version
• Date and time of the issue
• Description of the problem
• Steps to reproduce it
• Relevant result code or reason
• Final result shown in MT5
• A privacy-protected SEC Submission Log where appropriate

Do not send sensitive information unless it is required for the investigation.

Paid transactions are processed through an external sales or payment provider.

The provider may handle payment and checkout information according to its own terms and privacy practices.

OICHI EQUIPMENT remains responsible for the Sync Mushroom licensing authority and applies the purchased entitlement after confirmed payment.

There is no recurring subscription to cancel because paid Sync Mushroom licenses are fixed-term one-time purchases.

Any refund eligibility is governed by the published Refund Policy, Terms of Service, applicable law, and any applicable payment-provider requirements. Review the current legal terms before purchasing.

Sync Mushroom is an independent OICHI EQUIPMENT product.

References to TradingView, MetaTrader 5, MetaQuotes, or broker environments describe third-party products and services used with Sync Mushroom and do not by themselves indicate sponsorship, endorsement, or official affiliation.
